The Armenian Quest is an initiative launched in 2021
by the DAR Foundation, in collaboration with international gastro embassy Bon Vivant Communications. It brings Armenia’s essence to life — through chefs and winemakers, artists and artisans, traditions and new ideas.
It's an invitation to experience Armenia’s deep past, dynamic present, and visionary tomorrow.

We invite world-renowned chefs to Armenia—to walk the land, touch its soil, taste its flavors, and connect with centuries of history and craft. From these deep explorations, a new culinary language emerges—one that honours heritage with reverence, yet dares to dream forward.

We support Armenian chefs—amplifying their voices and opening doors to the world. Through events, and international collaborations, we help to weave their voices into the global gastronomic conversation and position Armenia on the world’s gastronomic map.
